For the first time, I used Prego's Pasta Sauce (Onion & Garlic) for the spaghetti instead of making it from scratch with tomato paste etc. Used half a chicken's breast meat, 3 large sausages, button mushrooms and mixed vegetables as ingredients to this very lazy and easy to cook dinner.
Found the original sauce rather sourish for my taste bud, so decided to spice it up with lots of pepper and chili flakes. Yums! Thumbs up from J and his sister who had 2nd helpings :)
With so much carbs (had just enough sauce leftover for Thursday's dinner), really should get cracking with my other resolution : exercise! Quite on track if I make it to the gym later on, 2nd visit this week.
